Great Staff, Convenient Location

I really appreciated the friendly staff and the convenience of having a shuttle service to nearby attractions. The hotel was clean, and my King Room was comfortable, providing a good space to unwind after a day out. One of the highlights was the great breakfast options available each morning. However, I did find the pool area could be cleaner. it looked a bit neglected during my stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The attentive staff made every interaction pleasant, and the clean, spacious room offered comfort after long days. I experienced a minor issue with housekeeping, but the overall atmosphere and amenities truly stood out.

The staff, particularly Belinda, went out of their way to make my husband's birthday memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated with balloons and a bottle of wine, which truly enhanced our stay. The spacious room and hot tub experience provided the comfort I needed after my treatment.

Booked a king room but ended up with two doubles due to the hotel being sold out, which was frustrating especially for tall guests. Housekeeping didn't show up during the stay, leading to a lack of fresh towels and room maintenance. The hotel felt under-staffed, with coffee running out in the morning and not getting refilled. Overall, the value for the cost didn’t seem competitive given the amenities provided.
